You may return new and unopened non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (shipping and return postage are non-refundable). We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order or the product was damaged in transit, please accept our apologies, contact us within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise.

Personalized stationery order items are non-returnable (except in the case of a printing error on our part). In the case of errors on personalized items, we will promptly reproduce the item(s) and ship them to you free of charge. Before submitting personalized stationery orders, please double-check your order for misspellings or other typographical errors when typing your order into our system.  

 

Returns are accepted on non-personalized items within 14 days with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). All returns must be new, unopened, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. We can not accept returns of products that have been used or altered. Except in the case of an error on our part, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
